I only see one such post with the name 'referenda' in it, and I have issues with one point.

Should the people decide that people kill people, then all people in the country (outside of prisons, mental hospitals or other secure areas) should be destroyed.

Your advocating that everone be killed weather they be a murderer or not. That's mass genocide.

If this is not your proposal, then please post the complete deails of your proposal in this thread so we don't have to search and guess.
