Description: Pollution from the gas guzzling SUV's and lax efficiency regulations are destroying our atmosphere. This severe lack of respect for out planet is speeding up global warming, ripping open the ozone layer, and messing with global weather patterns.

It is proposed that stricter emissions regulations be enacted, and that every vehicle manufacturer produce and sell at least one gasoline/electric hybrid and/or one hydrogen fuel cell vehicle for every 15 regular gasoline models made available by that company.

The Rogue Nation of Greenspoint opposed this proposal the last time, and we still do. Nothing in the proposal has changed. The same poor definitions and vagueries exist that would make it a poor resolution, and it remains an issue that should be handled by the individual nations that actually HAVE automobiles with internal combustion engines, not the U.N.
