You know how, in the regions listings, it shows the UN delegate of that region? How do you become the delegate of a region? Telegram Jen Rizzo if you know, please.
You must be voted the regional delegate by that region. This happens by other UN Nations "endorsing" you. The majority rules. If you are the only UN nation in your region you should ask others to join and endorse you. This will give you (perhaps) access to your regions controls, as well as the power to vote for some of the members in your region on UN matters.
