Moderators removed the previous version of "United Nations Stabilization" because they misinterpreted it's meaning. I have since proposed a new version which leaves no room for doubt. This proposal seeks to untangle the mess that the UN has become and does not affect game mechanics in any way.

For this reason, the moderators may remove your proposal again. You are likely to get a second warning. If you subit again you are likely to have your UN membership revoked.

while I am overall in favour of this legislature, unfortunatly the rules are quite stingent.

Pray that the moderator in charge views it as such. I am the apointed delegte of my region, though we're having some political trouble getting the UN to recognize it. (new region, new players, some players endorsed more than one person, there's a tie, we don't know what's going to happen tomorrow. All UN nations are in agreement that I should be the delegate however.)

Should these problems be resolved tomorrow and the proposal is still valid, you can expect my endorsement.
