do you have something against catholics??? becasue this has to do with not putting animals to sleep... not catholic europe...
Wait so this proposal makes it illegal to euthanize an animal? Thats quite stupid what if the animals suffering? Most people cant afford to spend in excess of $1000 USD on an animal, especially if they have a family.
