I think their point is that "Neutered Pets" doesn't even say that this is a UN proposal. They just say that they like rats.

FYI: rats did not start the bubonic plague. It came from cows. I saw a documentary about it on the History channel.

We're currently perusing the UN Proposals in another window, and nowhere do we see anything about worshiping rats. "Rat" didn't return any search results after our search of (Thu Jan 15, 2004 11:24 pm) either
We did notice that we've gone from 22+ pages back to 16 pages, so it's possible that Enodia or some other UN mod decided to do a bit of pruning. Or perhaps Germany and France jumped to the same conclusion that Frisbeeteria reached yesterday, and posted thoughtlessly without checking the actual UN Proposal list.
At this point, there are no Rat Worshiping Proposals outstanding. Worry not.
