Execute criminals!? Never! The Communist Empire of Frenrir doesn't execute our criminals, we simply send them to Everfrost Labor Camps and have them work 16 hours a day doing manual labor for no pay, and no liabilities to the government. If one of them dies, then a criminal is dead and he deserved it. However, only the major criminals get sent to labor camps (muderers, rapists, enemies of the State, ect.), all others with minor crimes (shoplifting under 300 USD of merchandise, not working to benefit the State (laziness), dishonorable discharge from the military (yes, it's a crime here!), ect.). Our prison system is quite extensive, with over 8,000 prison facilities, and over 2,000 labor camps within our boarders.

We do not execute criminals, we believe in rehabilitation. In any case, the argument is moot at this point within Istahan as there is not, nor has there ever been a crime rate.

State execution of criminals is disgusting, mediaeval, and from a practical point of view is unsafe: there is no way of bringing back the many who were not guilty as charged. It has no place in a civilised society.

The emphasis should be on segregation from the community and rehabilitation rather than old-fashioned revenge, which degrades everyone who is in contact with it. By all means keep the worst criminals locked up for life, but execution - no. This is not Texas.

Y would someone need to be executed...rehabilitate them and let them go with a close watch only countries like America kill people....countries ruled by evil dictators like George W Bush

Mind's Eye believes that they should be put to use for the good of society. We simply experiment on them, alive and dead. New drugs, wepons, chemicals, etc.

In juanson criminals are executed based on their crimes. Myself as the leader of juanson believe in eye for an eye as I have executed criminals the same way they killed people. I believe that people who act like they are rehabilitated can go out and kill again. I am not going to give to many chances for these people. Rehabiliton only works for some people and I am not going to use my people as ginny pigs. I want my people to seem secure and they can't if they have to worry about a murderer getting out and killing.

The Rogue Nation of Greenspoint has found that certain criminals, who have committed certain crimes, cannot be rehabilitated. Murder, Rape, Child Molestation are but three of the most heinous crimes that may warrant a death penalty.

Such criminals are not executed as punishment, nor because we feel they deserve to die. While there is some deterrent factor involved in executing them, the main reason is that they have shown that they are not part of society, and society is only to be protected from their depradations by their removal.

We like to think of it more along the lines of 'taking out the trash.'

We execute most prisoners who are awaiting execution by beheading. For person commited of cardinal sin we execute by burning them at the stake.
