Salo's and Merry Meet unto all ye,
The Theocratic Assembly of Zk-Nk would like to extend itself in support of those of who are protesting the Euthanasia Resolution on a religious basis. The Gods frown upon this practice as it denies one their purpose in this life, as it is not of our choosing when death is to take upon us.
As well, the Resolution is most poorly written and is worded in such a manner to be insulting to faithful, claiming that nations use religion "As a barrier" and makes the generalization that all religions have "a paradise they would rather be in" than alive on earth. This is offensive in a very fundamental way.
The Assembly recognizes that the nations in protest do not all share the same religion, while many do base their national policy on their religions. We believe that these differences must be put aside for the Greater Good of all those nations in protest.
As is so, we propose that all the nations in protest organize either in the form of a new region or in a contract of sorts, to collectively oppose the resolution and gather support from other nations. If this coalition's influence grows greatly enough, quickly enough, the resolution may be defeated.
We ask all who are willing to help organize this coalition and defeat this resolution, lest us all withdraw from the UN.
Might the Felinekka Smile upon you Always,
