I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but does the UN's resolutions for member nations affect your Civil Rights, Economy, and Political Freedoms stats?

Yes. I think that depending on what type of rsolution it is affects that particular area.

For example, if a civil rights proposal is passed then it will improve your nations civil rights. However, it is not by much.

Each resolution passed to a member of the UN will change their "stats" and also increase the size of the nation in the same way that an issue does.

The increase in size is less noticable now that the UN passes resolutions less frequently

Almost everything affects something. The effects are different depending on what it is. That is of course unless you dismiss the issues and resolutions do not pass.
