I have set up a region and three of my friends all UN members have joined.

How do I get to become the UN delegate for the region?

Have them all endorse you, making sure that you have the most endorsements in your region.

1) You have to be in the UN yourself.
2) Get them all to endorse you.
3) You are delegate.
