Please read this with a sense of humor:

The United Nations needs a change in image. If this resolutiion gets passed the United Nations (the UN) will have a mascot. We suggest a monkey.

Monkeys genetically are 2% or less different than humans and they have a universal appeal. Also, they can found all over the world, just as the UN is. They play vital roles in many ecosystems, are fun to watch in zoos, and can make lovable houspets. This mascot would recieve a toy ball that resembles a globe that it can play with and carry around everywhere it goes.

The name of the monkey will be a resolution if this resolution passes. If the name resolution fails, the monkey will just be called the UN Monkey.

Please be kind to monkeys. They can be very cute, and depending who are, quite sexy.

I would endorse it but i wonder if enodia will delete it?

The Glorious Nation of Bahgum likes the idea and hopes that UN delegates will smile down bountifully upon it. If this proposal is deleted then we would hope that the deleter takes a long hard look at themselves, and ask if they really want to be such a miserable, boring, stick in the mud that they can't take a little fun.
