Gambling illegal for those under 18

We at Wozolino believe that anyone under the age of eighteen should be forbidden to gamble. We believe this because we think children should be kept away from gambling because if they don't start young they might not start. This is a good thing because gambling has destroyed people's lives. I would like to know your opinion on this proposition.

isn't this one of the initial issues that you get? If it is, we won't need this as an UN issue.

The Nation of Scottoriana Supports this issue. Children are not capable of understanding all that gambling entails, which would leave them open to being swindled out of money. Thus it is in the children's best intrest to be forbidden to gamble. Obviously, however, we won't be arresting kids for making a one dollar bet a one a football game with their friends.
Actually, Perhaps it would be better to make it legal for children under 18, but only between children within two years of eachother? That would ensure no children are getting hustled, and that both parties in the wager are fairly equal...
This is already an issue. There is no reason to make it a resolution.

Catholic Europe supports this proposal, but gambling is already illegal for under 18's.
