Approving UN Resolutions
Please examine the Freedom to Vote proposal.
This is a game mechanics issue, so the resolution will probably be removed. I personally don't think 6% is too much to ask.
It will get zapped, I had one just like it before it got deleted. However if you look in the past resolutions section, you will see a resolution that reduces the percentage of delegate approvals needed from 15% to 5%, and there is nothing after that moves it up to 6% where it is now. So, technically it should be at 5%.

If anything we should require more than six percent approval. After all, people constantly complain about the quality of the proposals that slip past the delegates.

If the delegates took interest in the voting, then it would be worthwhile to increase the number of votes needed for a proposal to reach the floor. However, until this happens, I doubt very much this will happen: A reduction in votes needed looks promising.
