The lack of participation by UN Regional delegates is aweful. If you look at all the the proposals out there and the lack of actvity of supposidly all of the Regional delegates, it is clear people are not doing their jobs. The Regional delegates must be circumvented, I urge you to support the Freedom of Consideration resolution which would reduce to 60 votes needed by the Regional delegates for proposals to receive full consideration.
