The Federation of Naval States has submitted a proposal to the UN to encourage participation and effective use of the UN. The text of the proposal is as follows:
"The voices of many smaller nations are not heard in the UN. There are so many nations and so many proposals that it is effectively impossible to deal with them all. Most proposals that are seen are poorly worded, simple, and full of grammatical errors. Something must be done to make the UN effective. Also, regions are overpopulated and regional delegates are underused.
Therefore, this resolution would encourage fewer nations to populate each region. Furthermore, this resolution would encourage the members of the regions to utilized their delegate to speak to the UN. "
If you agree with proposal, then please endorse it so that it can reach the UN floor as a proposed resolution.
Very Respectfully,
UN Envoy, Federation of Naval Powers
