As the current UN proposal states that Internet Advertising Pop-ups should be band, the Monkberry Protectorate of NEWI Cefn Druids wonders what kind of band they should be.

While our nation has voted for the 'wrist' band option, we would actually prefer if Internet Advertising Pop-ups were to become rubber bands.
We have voted for brass but will support anything as long as it is not Boy.
Ya, if we make the band on Pop-Ups rubber bands, they might be useful for something! :lol:

Elastic bands are rubber bands under a cunning moniker. Or similar, at least.
