The people of the Tsalagi, recognize the failure of the United Nations. Proposals are passed on without consideration. And violent Dictators run unopposed. United Nations Administrators allow their own bias to lead them. Allowing proposals such as the Hippo Bill to pass, while disregarding proposals to make the United Nations a true World Government.

For these reasons, the Government of the Tsalagi, declairs the United Nations a failure. And the Tsalagi hereby withdraws from the United Nations untill a time when the United Nations is host of the sane, and reasonable.

Furthermore, the Tsalagi will not accept trade, or come to the defense of those United Nations members, who propose meaningless proposals such as the Hippo Bill, and more.

Yes it was.

Yes it was, but it was passed as a Proposal. While other, more intelligent ones, are deleted by the Mods.
