I have made a proposal. In it I say that nations with less that 100 million people in it can't have nukes. I would appreciate your support with it. It is called No Nukes For Small Nations.

That could be considered game mechanics(some issues). And what about those nations who buy them?
I will not approve of it. Explain to me why big nations ought to have nukes and small countries should not. Its discriminatory. Big nations can be evil too.

a better idea would be to limit the number because north korea is nearlly a nuclear power and theyer small
