With the ever-increasing waves of proposals appearing which simply repeat resolutions already passed, or try to do the opposite (therefore, in effect repealing them), I would like to ask for an end to these proposals to re-legalise (or ban) gay marriages - this is the most common, but today I also saw one for the Red Cross.
Before submitting or campaigning on the forums for a new resolution, can everyone simply check the list of resolutions which the UN has already passed (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=UN_past_resolutions) to make sure that they are not either doing the same thing as a previous resolution or repealing one, which is a game mechanics violation.
