Hey, I bet some of these people have only one or two endorsements, and no founder. Anyone want to check?

It could ofcourse be that people support because the proposal is well enough written. Not because they political support it ;).

commies are people to. To they not bleed if you cut them etc etc shakespear crap.

I have 8 endorsements and delegate control of my region. The Founder of my region firmly supports me. I am the writer of the last resolution that passed. I am also in a number of alliances.

It's a good proposal for once. Those rich capitals will still more than enough money to survive after the taxes. The only thing they need all that money for is to show off.

That's not even truly communist - real communism (i.e. the aim of marxism) is where everything is free and there is no state - I believe that the usual example to explain "from each...etc." goes like this:

There is a single architect who only needs 1 loaf of bread per day. Next door lives a coal miner with a wife and 6 kids, so he needs 8 loaves a day. They both go to the baker's, and ask for only as much as they need, and neither pays.

NB. I'm not communist, I'm in favour of a system which balances out to ensure that there's a fairly high floor below which nobody can fall in terms of living standards, but that people who work harder still earn more. So this proposal is exactly the kind of thing i'd be in favour of, if only I was still regional delegate.
