While written with good intentions, it is the duty of the individual government to determine where the rights of its citizens ends and the concern for public well-being begins. This resolution infringes upon that right and is opposed by the Federation of Soltak.

Who are you to make the police guidlines for nations? It is the nations choice on how they have their police guidlines.

All of these guidlines are bias. They all side with good nations.

Personally I find this proposal to be absurd. You cannout say how nations have their police-force, conduct their job.

This proposal covers many important human rights issues; New Ithilien will support it.

We also urge everyone to support the press freedom proposal on page 1; its only 30 short.

This is exactly the kind of democratic meddling I've tried so hard to eliminate from my nation. If you tie the police up in so much red tape, simply put, how are they expected to get anything done? While indeed, my nation has very little need of police, and indeed, the military handles that aspect as well as our protection, nations that accept such an indecent proposal will see the functionality of their police forces decline greatly. If this resolution came to vote, I would not support it. You are of course free to enact such laws within your own nation, of course, but do not force such foolishness on others.
