This is a proposal i will bring up once i have 2 endorsments.
I shall post it here so you can see this before i get set endorsments.
Grand Nurishment of Homeless Enlarged, Or G.N.O.M.E for short. Is a law forcing cities or grouped towns in the United Nations to have an embassy for the homeless where proper food is distribuited to them.
As of now in some contries, some (very few)and soup kitchens will feed homeless persons. But still many go hungry, some have children.
Project G.N.O.M.E will do more then feed them but offer to pay for some of education items needed for school, i.e books, presuming that the goverment will give money to G.N.O.M.E Embasy's.
the Last and probably a crucial part to G.N.O.M.E is hiring people to drive homeless to the nearest embassy, sort of a taxi driver for them. There will be shater proof glass shielding the driver of course for protection.
