Move a motion condemning condemnation motions

What good does condemning a nation do...honestly? Oh I bet these condemned states are shaking in their little combat boots already. Please, if the UN has any sense left (doubtful) then abolish condemnation motions. Be constructive.

I don't think anyone can do that...

I really don't think it's possible to abolish or disallow a certain kind of motion.

I wouldn't agree with it either. Being a democratic body, if the majority of the UN votes to do something, such as condemn a nation/region/etc., then that's what they do.

To disallow a motion of any kind is a detriment to democracy and will not be supported by the Federation of Soltak.

If you can manage to avoid Enodia catching you slipping a Game Mechanics proposal in then you could have a resolution, but it would be pointless, and illegal.
