Miperania recently proposed that we change the system for putting forth U.N. proposals. This proposal would change game mechanics, and will probably be erased. Such an issue is to be discussed in the forums, and if it's good, maybe it will be implemented by the almighty administrators. By the way, as of 19:45, GMT, Sunday, December 28, 2003 CE, I have no opinion on the proposal itself, it's just that it involves game mechanics.
