If a nation has been defeated in war and is rebuliding his army for another war and attacks. The nations who sold them the weapons should lose their right to sell weapons and be fined a fine in the billions. Who would support this? Changes can be made.
Why should we punish people who are just interested in making a couple of bucks. If you don't want these people to exist stop goin to war! This makes me sick that you can do this to these measly corporations whose only source of income is this. You make me sick!

The Federation of Soltak is forced to disagree with this proposal. This imposes great strain on free trade and places limits where there should be none.
Unless the UN, as a whole, issues a statement condemning an individual nation, or places an embargo against it, no other nation or individual should be restricted from trading with it.
