Sorry, we cannot understand you. Can you rephrase this statement?
I think he's saying that a proposal with the same title as his thread proposes a game mechanics change - therefore nobody should approve it. He then adds that people not knowing the rules of the game are stupid.
If that's the case, then the proposal will be deleted when I come across it.
