Hello world, I have a proposition for you:
Give me a few endorsements so I can propose a resolution which will make alcoholic beverages available to people of all ages. And free. Alcohol should definitely be free. My country is overrun with impoverished street scum looking to get drunk to escape their harsh reality, and why should they have to rob some poor old lady walking by an alley to get the booze money they so desperately need?
C'mon! This is a cause we can all rally behind! If everybody gets totally plastered, there will be no more war! No more public male nudity! No more hippos! (Which I hear are really quite large these days)
