Adriano-Trace will not support the proposal but if it comes to the UN as a Resolution we will support it being that it will have no affect on the our nation since we have no gay "citizens" in our nation and our laws, including the those that protect the civil liberties of our citizens, apply only to our "citizens". :)

Only heterosexuals are "citizens" in his imaginary little embodiement of homophobic denial that is his nation. That said, Sigmund Freud theorized those who vociferously express how 'not gay' they are, are in fact often latent homosexuals, and this has been shown to be true in modern psychology research. :)

The ever so interested and shockingly hopeful nation of Berkylvania would like to assume that the nation of Adriano-Trace is implying that their laws apply equally to ALL of their citizens, regardless of sexual orientation. Therefore, a designation of "gay" or "straight" under the law is not needed.

If, however, we are mistaken, and all alternative oriented citizens are executed, then we are shocked and appalled at the barbaric nature of Adriano-Trace.

The Democratic Republic of Scientific Freedom will support this, if it ever comes to fruition.

Equal Rights are something we should all try to achieve.

I would be in favor of it only if we'll use "Gay/Lesbian Consortium" instead of marriage where legally gay and lesbian couples are entitled to the same priveledges that heterosexuals and 'try'-sexuals are ruled by.

The idea of gay marriages is a ridiculous proposition. Heterosexuals have something like 3 or 4 serious relationships in their lives, homosexuals have something like 40 - If about 50% of heterosexual (legal) marriages end in divorce imagine how much that statistic would rise if we legalised homosexual marriages?
30-12-2003, 06:59
sadly there is already a UN Resolution that mandates Homosexual Mariage, and my past attempts to change this have been labled by the monitors of this game as a game mechanics violation.

here is the text of the UN resolution that made gay mariage Law in all UN member nations.

It is my opinion that an amendment to an already passed UN resolution should not be used to attempt to defeat the core principal of what the resolution achieved in this manner.
30-12-2003, 08:48
well sadly it is a game mechanics violation to amend any UN resolution. or at least that is what they told me when I tried to amend one of them.
30-12-2003, 08:49
and Neo BrightonBurg, it does not matter that you dissagree with the UN resolution, by fact that you are a Member of the UN means that it is already law in your Nation, and it is enforce by the UN ministry of Complience.
