This is a proposal I have right now that still needs to reach Quorum. It Simply states that Many nations and regions are now ruled by non humanoid entities, such as orcs, elves, mutants, E.Ts, wizards, halflings, hobbits, dwarves, faeries, kindred, draconians, and that human rights should be extended to these species, so they are protectedby, as well as to be held not to violate the human rights acts.
The name of the proposal is Non Human Rights Inclusion.
