The Aztec National League has just drafted and submited a new proposal to establish an World Health Organization to better the conditions of the proverty stricken, the sick and the needy. Please convince your UN delegate to vote for this proposal. If you are an UN delegate, please vote for this proposal for the betterment of the quality of life of all people, regardless of race, creed, gender and social economic background.

Establishment of an WHO

Category: Social Justice; A resolution to reduce income inequality and increase basic welfare.

Description: Should this proposal be accepted, it will be resolved that in order to assist the needy, the poverty-stricken and the sick that an international cooperative organization will be founded that is not driven by profits and or personal gain.

Should this proposal be accepted, the UN and it's member nations will work together as on to establisha an World Health Organization (WHO) that will assist both poor, developing nations and nations that are well off. All member nations will be requried to dedicate time, research, volunteers and some monitary backing to make this project work. The WHO will be required to treat all people, regardless of race, creed, social-economic background and gender and will operate both in UN member nations and non-member nations.

Social Justice doesn't seem quite right as a category for this (SJ increases income taxes, particularly on the wealthy, in an attempt to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor, at the expense of the economy). The only decent alternative I see is International Security, but that doesn't really fit, either (IS increases police and military budgets). Eh.
