Compulsory Bill of Rights

18-12-2003, 04:37
World Leaders,

I have submitted a proposal for a universal compulsory bill of rights for all nations. I think you'll all agree that all people should be guaranteed some fundamental rights, and that's what the proposal is all about. I seek your backing to make this proposal a reality and to usher in a new era of worldwide human rights.

This seems to me to be fairly redundant to some resolutions the UN has already passed.

Hmmmp. Just sounds like more Americanization of the world to me. Not all nations give or want to give this, so why force such a drastic, overnight change on them?
