All countries need to change their bullets from lead to tuncston-nylon. My proposal is on page 15 I think. I forgot what page it is on but it is around there some where.

I didn't think bullets were lead any more? The trouble with the alternative you suggest is a)it won't degrade (because of the nylon) and b)there's a shortage of tungsten - less than 30 years' supply I think, so it's a bit of a waste to use it in armaments.
The proposal's called "No more lead" - it's easier to find by name because the page will change. It's a shame it's already at proposal stage; it would've been good to do a little more generally - perhaps a proposal that weapons generally should not contain toxic materials?
