yes. I hate to break it to you guys but the hippo bill is the dumbest bill I've voted on since I've joined this U.N. Is there any reason why you are wasting my time on voting on such stupid topics?

Yes, there is a reason. I voted on the bill to help make sure it wouldn't pass. If every person who thought a bill was stupid abstained instead of voting against, it would make passage a lot easier.

OOC: Yes, it is a game, in which we each control our own nation, the way we wish to control it. If we wish to take it seriously, we are entitled to and dont need "proposals" which dont even have a proper name in the UN screwing it up.
IC: It would not be "one hell of a laugh" if it was passed. The people of Nibbleton would be outraged at being forced to celebrate "Hippo Awareness Day" instead of christmas, especially as there are no hippos in Nibbleton.
