Hippos are cool but elephants are cooler. This bill discriminates against elephants! And what about my national animal, the wombat? I am very proud to be a protector of the wombat, what kind of hypocrite would I be if I gave preferential treatment to the hippos in my nations? I don't really care for hippos anyway.
