There is indeed something important in the Email. To be precise, the link which you click on to get your nation admitted to the UN.
Don't panic though, wait about 24hrs and then re-apply. The UN will send you another Email (they're obliging like that), which of course will be sent to your pristine and empty inbox (right? :wink: ) and you'll be able to join the Comintern...er...UN.
