In Moontian, all the students are in a boarding school until they finish, so it wouldn't matter if people were busy in the streets. Anyway, students are taught all about that sort of thing in their early teens in Moontian, and get practice in school.

I guess I would have to agree. As long as they arent blocking sidewalks or taking up a lot of space in parks and other public domains, can I say no? All assuming they are legal adults, which is 18 in my country and are both consenting. I do find it very amusing that what is considered a most natural and basic act has become nasty. Where are your guys’ minds at?!

Okay.. all that aside. I cant really say no still unless it becomes a bigger problem. I am not going to tell a pair of people that want to do it in the park because little Jimmy’s parents dont want him to see it. 1 little kids rights are not greater than two other people rights. And anyone in a sixth-form must have seen a few people acting intimately in complete lack of seclusion. One couple remained blissfully unaware of their surroundings, the relative seclusion of the busy quadrangle, as she tossed him off industriously. Charmed, I'm sure.

I won't support public sexual intercourse, but I have no problem with 'viewing optional' intercourse in private, designated areas - people may watch sex in these areas. And... well, people tend to turn a blind eye to other people having sex in some dark, obscure area of the woods at night, where few people would legitimately go.

Now only goodlooking people can copulate in public? I shall not tolerate such prejudice in our Empire. Everything is relative... even the definition of ugly is.

Sexual intercourse in certain designated public places is casual. And no one who doesn't like the idea of it is forced to see it. The children are educated with the right information with regards to the entire concept of this issue. The legal age is 12 anyways in our Empire

Voyeurism is no longer a pychiatric sexual misconduct in the Empire of Nebula God, a group of voyeurist wrote to our senate sometime ago plus the careful studies and analysis, thus made us produce a bill that shall allow public exhibition of affection. Sex is so over-rated.

Why do politicians always meddle in our sex life? I don't intrude when they're in the bedroom!

The Empire is fine with public showings of sexuality, however, we do have rules to the certain types of sex that are possible. We also do not allow gay/lesbian couples to show their sexuality in public. The Empire belives that marriage and couples should only be between a man and woman, gay/lesbian marriages and sex are completely outlawed in this Empire.

I have to question the relevancy of this topic.

Sex is a common human instinct... the raw animal instinct we all have. Which is like drugs, a common root of so many problems because it is still treated as a taboo, like it doesn't exist. The thing is it does, even trolls have sex.

Sex plays an important role in the people of a developing nation's lives, yet at any rate it last for not really longer than 30 minutes at most.


If it's beyond our total control. Why not legalize it? Live and let live.

Ziliarn allows intercourse (or 'intercoruse') in public, just not near major roads. Ever since the Great Pileup Of '02 was caused when the drivers couldn't help but watch.

Sex doesn't have to be a disgusting thing. If you grow up with sex happening around you, then it isn't disgusting, so after a few generations, you can have the freedom, without the idea of disgust.

Theres no reason why a nation couldn't thrive with massive orgies going on daily right out in public. The biggest threat would be diseases. but who cares about those, everyones having sex.

I know I wouldn't mind walking down the street and seeing lots of people screwing. hell if I had the time I might jump in there, so long as I was the caboose. :P

There are monasteries and temples, even the temple of the home, in which this physical love can be manifested. It also might leave nasty stains on the pavement/grass.
