This is the description-The world has been useing kids as a tool of war. it is time to stop the use of children in our militarys. I can see how a kid for a soldier would be effective, but would you do with them after the war is over. you just can send them to school the next day. There three areas behind this proposal.
One reason is it is morally wrong. How would you like to send your kid to war at the grand old age of 10. It will not fly with parents. Kids would come back with war time mind sets so the child is more likly to attack the parent when the parent tries to punish the child.
The second reason is it is logiclly wrong. What do you do with 50,000 war seasoned soldiers that are at the age of 10-15. Well you could send them to Training camps,or Schools, but the only problem with that is when they go to school you have 50,000 trained soldiers that can kill at a given sec.
The third is simple it will cost so much to take all the kids and fix them its simpliy bad for the tax payers.
