Now that it has passed, what are you UN nations gonna do now? Will you:
1. violate this resolution and continue as normal, despite any fines that may result?
2. Are you going to cover up torture methods with euphemisms (pleasant words for unpleasant situations)? Or
3. Are you gonna be 'good little nations' and follow the law?
