Amend the "Barbaric Punishments" resolution?
I would like to know what you all think. I got a good person, a tall person, to propose the amendment as my region has no delegate. If you want to see it, I believe it is called "Ens Barbaric Punishment."
We must carefully amend it so as to make it defunct!
Yeah. It needs to be amended. I am pretty amazed at how many people voted for a blanket law that covers pretty much anything that could possibly look like cruel-unusual punishment or torture. A liberal's wet dream if you will. Sure, I can see not torturing innocent people, but the people I have in mind that I would torture if I had to do such a thing are not the people who are just going to come out and tell me what I want to know. National Security is an issue in my region at the moment.

Please do not submit this. It will be considered a Game Mechanics proposal, like all amendments and repeals, and deleted.
I do not see how it could be considered a "game mechanics" proposal. Besides, the proposal has already been submitted, so I can't undo it.

Meh...I'd support it personally, but those things have an annoying tendency to get zapped. I say it's legal. Enodia may or may not agree with me.
