I would like to draw your attention to my new proposal. It is entitled 'Diminishing Rainforests'.
I think many of you will agree.
Diminishing Rainforests
A resolution to increase the quality of the world's environment, at the expense of industry.

Description: I propose that we cut down on how much wood we use. The first way we could do this is through using less paper.
Millions of pieces of paper are used everyday and at least half of these are wasted.
We already have proposals to replant at least one tree for every one that is felled, and this will provide well for the future. But for the here and now, we need to do something to help our environment.

Goverment Departments are the worst culprits for paper wastage.

This could use some sprucing up.
"We should cut down"- but how? What mecahnisms. tracking, penalty, enforcement? Who pays and how?
"We should do something"- same point.
My proposal for a Miss UN pangent is a great idea, there all ready a miss America, miss universe, and a miss world, why not a miss un one too.
