The nation of Moptopia, after passing a resolution in cabinet, declares itself to be a "Neutral Nation".
We will not engage in wars nor will we support any Nation involved in a war.
We will offer shelter and aid to misplaced citizens of countries involved in war.

Neutrality is cause enough for war.
Not when all you have to contribute to the cause is tons of marijuana.
Byzantinum also declares itself a neutral nation. We, too, will engage in any warfare but will offer shelter for those of the oppressed.
And Oppressed Possums, if you think neutrality is cause enough to go to war, then you think the US should go to war with the Swiss just because they are neutral?

we have never and will never deploy armed force other then to prevent a bonified and indipendently verifyable threat of genocide or, in cooperation with other nations, worlds, galaxies, to insure aid shipments reach their intended recipients.
we reguard no other use of armed force as moraly legitamate or justified
niether do we manufacture lethal ordinance of any kind, but do possess and maintain a vast and diverse array of effective nonleathal defensive methodology, about which we feel no great compulsion to reveal more at this time.
(when hitler told the swiss he had twice the army as they had total citizens, i believe the swiss reply was something along the lines of; "well i rekkin we'll just have to shoot twice")

We maintain defensive forces but eschew aggression.
We don't think it works, and we're not very good at it.
Well I don't know that we of LostParadise have thought too much about the issue since most of our time is spent playing and making love along the seashore, but I would imagine that we are a neutral nation as well. :D

Whilst neutrality is indeed a good position to take, Catholic Europe would never be neutral. To stand by and watch a dictator kill millions of people, or for a small defenceless country to be invaded by a larger nation, and do nothing to stop these things from happening is wrong. Sometimes we must act and the only way that this can be done is through force - war.
