What i the point of being in the Un?

I find it completely pointless to be in the Un. What do we get out of it?
Do we get allies? No. Do we get backed up on what we say?no. What is the point.

Depends on what your goals are. The Goal of the U.N. is to prevent another World War..It looks like its about to fail in that goal..

Its to hinder you with micromanged laws and people's personal opinoins (Like "Removal of DVD Regions")
