As the UN regional delegates your job is to weed out poorly written, poorly thought out, and poorly concieved proposals. Of late, you have done a sub-standard job. The current resolution, while noble in thought, is poorly thought out (I could drive a truck through the loopholes, and who the hell is going to fine me for non-compliance?), and poorly written (very vague). The "Alternative Fuels" resolution was poorly conceived (it was completely redundant and therefore damaged our economies twice for the exact same result) and poorly written (incredibly long-winded and vague).
The U.N. membership doesn't read these proposals before voting on them, we need you to protect us from ourselves by preventing bad resolutions from coming befoire the general assembly. Please try to do your job more carefully in the future. Perhaps a sub-committee of those delegates who actively support resolution should be formed to more carefully screen proposals. For the mods any future changes to the game (or in JGNS 2) might include an editing function for proposed resolutions.
