I think that every year on November 13 should be celebration day in every country.

I found this text in UN Resolutions Throughout History :
"Since the rise of civilization (November 13, 2002), the members of the United Nations have been working tirelessly to improve the standard of the world."


I think that every year on November 13 should be celebration day in every country.

I tried once before with similar resolution, but there was some question about date. Now we have correct date.

Any opinion ?

In a similar proposal elsewhere in this forum, I suggested that any universal day of celebration be tied to a calendar position rather than a specific date (example: the second Monday of November). This would ensure a three-day weekend, which is preferrable to a work week interrupted by a holiday.

We could make it the second Monday of November, couldn't we? No one would miss a Monday out of their week.
