Maybe its just me, but its a little alarming when the nation that makes a poorly worded proposal that gets to be voted on by the UN suddenly disappears. These resolutions are getting very irritating. The game explicitely states you are free to torture your nation if you so please. My nation doesn't do that, but if it did I guess I'd have to leave the UN. What happened to the UN submitting proposals that benefited nations instead of just wasting our time. One last thought....name one dictator in history who has been threatened by a fine? Honestly.
