I don't understand how these bills keep getting accepted! The UN cannot vote on things that have such a level of intangibility! What torture actually IS, is not even defined in this bill, in Haskarov when we capture someone, we ask them a question nicely, and if they refuse to answer it we shoot them; is THIS torture? If there is to be a UN bill such as this one, the topic should at least be DEFINED. By keeping the main point in the dark the writer has led the voters to believe that they are voting for something entirely different. We have got to defeat this bill, and push for more definitive ones in the future.
