A resolution to reduce barriers to free trade and commerce.

Description: We propose that all tariffs on trade to third world (LEDC's) are slashed to enable them to trade with the rest of the world, we also propose incentives to boost trade and for a better deal for farmers.

I support this proposal. It is a proposal which will finally allow third world countries to develop and not keep them on the death line.

We, too, will support this proposal, and hope that eventually its protections will be extended to all nations, regardless of how rich they are.
