Greetings felow members and delegates of this austere body of collective government. I am the dictat...err... political voice for the newly independent land of Spoondonia, and I come to you with a modest and fair proposal and request.
Much as Demming would indicate true growth and welfare in business often takes root from within, and finds its seedlings among the lowest rung on the corporate ladder, much the same can be said from internal or foreign government bodies. Good ideas are not limited to those sitting in the highest seat.
To this end I am requesting fair and equal voice in matters of state, domestic and abroad, for all member nations. And the only way to fulfill this is to endorse your neighbors.
