For national security reasons, the Republic of Bonstock and the United Socialist States of Bonstock refuse to uphold the resolution. Both sides are under civil war, and we cannot uphold this resolution as it infringes on our ability to defend ourselves.
The "clicker" type landmines will cost an incredible ammount for Neo Tyr to uproot, hurting her millitary budget...
