Can we make the game more funny if more decisions are needed to be made in a week (or even a day) rather than having the resolution only once/twice a week?

Only if there were more proposals worth voting for every week. As it is, there are too many questionable resolutions being put into effect...

Not enough proposals currently get quorum to really do it any more. But maybe having three a week would be good, were it possible that more of them would attain quorum.
